Samsung's been kicking around its 14.1- and 31-inch OLED TVs since CES 2008 , but it seems as if things are turning for the better at SID this week.

In a press release outed today, Sammy told the world that it's exhibiting "production-ready" AMOLED TV sets, though the sizes are the same as the ones we've seen before.
